Behind The Thrills has just posted their fantastic hard hat tour coverage from today. Make sure you don’t miss the video featuring both Larry Giles & Carl Lum!
One of our new forum members, Spelled, was lucky enough to be one of the winners of a spot on the Verbolten Hard Hat Tour that happened today and was kind enough to share his pictures. Enjoy!
The show previously rumored to be named “Roll Out the Barrel” now has a new name: “Entwined”. Not much is known about this new show just yet other than it is replacing “This is Oktoberfest”, the park’s longest running show ever. Stay tuned for more.
BGWFans has heard that DarKastle received an extensive rehab over the off season and that all of the effects that were present on opening day have been resorted. Even the pre-show will be returning.
A recent job posting for waiters and waitresses seems to imply that Busch Gardens Williamsburg may finally be getting a full service restaurant.
BGWFans has been told that ThemeWorks and Adirondack Studios have been selected to do the theming work on Verbolten. Adirondack is famous for their work on Revenge of the Mummy at Islands of Adventure and ThemeWorks is known for their work on the Journey to Atlantis rides at various SeaWorld parks around the country.
The news is a bit old if you’ve been following along on the BGWFans Forums but for those of you who aren’t, I think you’ll enjoy this picture.
Kingadam has just posted a picture of Verbolten’s red train sitting in the employee parking lot at the park. This is the third train to arrive for Verbolten and two more are expected to come in any day now.
Could it be for the rumored new show?
Even after the astounding amount of work done during Christmas Town, it would seem that Verbolten’s track still isn’t done.
According to Zoomy, Verbolten’s track is less than a week away form being complete. Anyone else ready for March 17th?
Gavin thinks so.
I don’t think this will look the same next year.
